About the Position

We are looking for a Project Manager to support software development projects in the retail and e commerce domain. You will help coordinate teams, maintain delivery alignment, and support effective project execution across timelines, scope, quality, and reporting.

The project focuses on software development initiatives for retail and e commerce solutions. You will collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager or Delivery Manager.

About the Team

You will work with cross functional and distributed teams that include developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and solution architects. Collaboration is guided by a Senior Project Manager or Delivery Manager, with a strong focus on Agile delivery and clear stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Manage software development projects throughout the full project lifecycle
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and delivery plans in collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams
Coordinate cross functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and solution architects
Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive mitigation activities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support effective collaboration between business and technical teams
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates, reports, and project forecasts
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
Track project budgets, resource allocation, and project performance metrics
Drive issue resolution and escalation management when required
Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, and reporting dashboards
Support continuous improvement initiatives and project management best practices

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Project Management within software development projects
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, SDLC
Practical experience managing Agile and or Scrum projects
Experience working with distributed and cross functional teams
Proficiency with project and task management tools such as Jira, Confluence, YouTrack, or similar
Good understanding of software engineering concepts, including frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, testing, and deployment processes
Experience managing project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and stakeholder communications
Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher

Nice to Have

Experience delivering projects in the retail, e commerce, logistics, or supply chain domains
Experience with OMS, POS, CRM, ERP, or payment system integrations
Background in Business Analysis, Product Management, Delivery Management, or QA
Experience working with international clients and distributed teams
Knowledge of project management methodologies and certifications such as Scrum Master, PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
