We are seeking an accomplished Delivery Manager with expertise in .NET/Java to lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring collaboration across teams, client satisfaction, and business success.
Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple teams to ensure client requirements and quality standards are met
Track project milestones, deadlines and deliverables, resolving any deviations
Understand the technical and business aspects of the solutions being delivered
Identify, track and manage inter-team and external dependencies
Escalate critical risks and issues to stakeholders with clear impact analysis and recommendations
Provide regular updates, progress reports and risk assessments to clients and stakeholders
Manage client expectations, gather feedback and ensure high client satisfaction
Define and monitor software development processes for Scrum teams
Act as a liaison between clients and teams for daily or weekly status updates, risks and issues
Lead multiple cross-functional Scrum teams across Product, Design, Development and Sprint Demos
Create and manage project plans with an understanding of SDLC phases
Drive Agile estimation techniques and Agile Metrics implementation
Execute projects from backlog identification to production deployment
Requirements
15–18 years of overall professional experience
10+ years of work experience in delivery management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar; a Master's degree in Computer Science is preferred
Expertise in .NET and Java technologies
Successful experience in managing mid-sized to large projects and Agile transformations
Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills to engage with key stakeholders
Flexibility to oversee cross-functional teams and program dependencies effectively
Proficiency in Agile methodologies with competency in facilitation, conflict resolution and continuous improvement
Capability to measure Agile metrics and drive transparency within Scrum teams
Background in Financial Services or Wealth Management is preferred
