Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant to lead the design and delivery of complex financial solutions.

In this role, you will translate intricate business requirements into scalable D365 Finance implementations, guide clients through full project lifecycles, and provide expert governance across multi-entity, multi-currency environments. You will collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders, and finance teams to ensure successful deployments and long-term system adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, map complex business requirements to standard D365 Finance capabilities, and perform comprehensive fit-gap analysis
• Author functional design documents (FDDs), process flowcharts, and technical specifications for D365 developers
• Provide functional governance for multi-currency, multi-entity, and multi-GAAP organizational structures
• Execute core process streams including Record to Report (R2R), Acquire to Dispose (A2D), and Accounts Payable (AP / Procure to Pay)
• Deliver end-to-end solutions across Accounts Receivable (AR / Order to Cash), Cost Management, and Cash & Bank Management
• Drive Budgeting & Financial Planning, along with Tax Management & Localizations across client engagements
• Lead financial data migration strategies for open vendor/customer balances, historical transactions, GL accounts, costing data, and fixed asset books using the Data Management Framework (DMF)
• Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare support
• Define Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, custom D365 security roles, and internal control frameworks

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing ERP financial modules, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of D365 Finance (F&O)
• Expertise in IFRS/US GAAP rules, financial consolidation, and asset accounting lifecycle
• Proficiency in procure-to-pay (P2P), order-to-cash (O2C), and cost accounting
• Knowledge of tax localization requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Competency in core D365 F&O modules, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Asset Leasing
• Skills in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost Management & Cost Accounting within D365 F&O
• Background in Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting & Budget Control, and Tax modules
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310)
