Senior Java Developer

Essential functions
- Design and develop high-performance business applications from requirements analysis to deployment
- Enhance software quality by evaluating and integrating new libraries, tools, and technologies
- Improve code maintainability through code reviews, refactoring, and thorough testing
- Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability
- Develop robust, scalable solutions to complex technical challenges
- Collaborate in an Agile environment, fostering innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or strong theoretical knowledge in algorithms, data structures, and operating systems
- Proficiency in Java, Spring framework, and public cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS (SQL, JDBC) and experience with scalable distributed architectures
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools for automated integration, testing, and deployment workflows, along with a solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix-based systems (bash, SSH, grep, etc.) and development tools, including IDEs, compilers, debuggers, profilers, version control (Git), bug tracking systems, and build tools (Maven, Ant, etc.)
- Proactive problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written)
