We're hiring a Senior IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.
You'll help us find and hire strong engineers across Latin America. You'll work closely with hiring managers, develop creative ways to find candidates, and help make hiring decisions for hard-to-fill technical roles. This role is a great fit if you enjoy tackling tough searches, working with numbers, experimenting with AI tools, and finding better ways to recruit.
Responsibilities
- Run the full hiring process for technical roles in Latin America, from the first conversation with a hiring manager and market research to the accepted offer
- Proactively find candidates for hard-to-fill engineering roles using sourcing tools, communities, referrals, and market research
- Work with hiring managers to understand their needs, push back when necessary, and suggest the best approach to hire
- Interview candidates and assess their technical background, motivation, communication, and cultural fit
- Create a great candidate experience by keeping things fast, clear, and respectful at every stage
- Track hiring metrics to spot problems, improve conversion rates, and continuously enhance the recruitment process
- Test new approaches, including AI recruiting tools, automation, and new sourcing methods to work faster and engage candidates more effectively
- Stay up to date on tech trends, talent market changes, and competitor activities
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience for software engineering and technical roles in an international setting
- Proven ability to find hard-to-reach technical candidates through multiple channels
- Good understanding of modern tech stacks such as Java, JavaScript, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, QA, Data, and similar
- Strong interview skills with the ability to evaluate candidates beyond what is written on their CV
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers and leveraging data and market insights to guide hiring decisions
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and structured hiring workflows
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar to improve sourcing, outreach, research, or productivity
- Analytical mindset with comfort reading metrics and using them to improve results
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills
