What you will do
- Build and develop systems for assessment, growth, and talent management within your assigned business units.
- Mentor line managers and help them improve their team management skills.
- Gather requests from C-level executives and managers, translate them into people solutions, and track their progress.
- Launch and manage major HR projects tailored to business needs: performance, talent, succession, org changes, onboarding, and more.
- Take ownership of cross-functional HR projects: from gathering requirements and designing the approach to implementation, rollout, and post-analysis.
- Improve the quality of key people processes: onboarding, offboarding, development, and internal mobility.
- Build and maintain a knowledge base, frameworks, and internal materials for managers and teams.
- Participate in shaping and developing the HR function.
- Enhance cohesion and collaboration quality across distributed teams.
- Prepare analytics, insights, and recommendations for leadership regarding people, risks, and organizational decisions.
Who we are looking for
- 3–4+ years of experience as an HRBP, preferably in IT, GameDev, or a fast-growing product environment.
- Experience supporting teams of 200–300+ employees or managing multiple business units simultaneously.
- Experience with organizational design: roles, areas of responsibility, structure, reporting lines, and team changes.
- Experience conducting Performance Reviews, calibrations, talent reviews, potential assessments, and working with succession plans.
- Ability to work with data: identifying patterns in performance, turnover, hiring, engagement, structure, and team risks.
- Basic project management skills and experience leading a small team.
- Understanding of employer branding and EVP.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and understanding business principles.
- Fluent Russian, spoken English proficiency.
Additionally, it would be great to have:
- Deep understanding of employer branding principles.
- Experience working with international employees or in a cross-cultural context.
- A love for games and a desire to play them.
