Senior Game Designer
We are looking for an experienced Game Designer to join our spirited Game Development team. You will work on already launched casual titles as well as new projects in the early stages. Together with your colleagues, you will create and maintain a long-lasting and fun player experience, while also improving monetization and core KPIs.
For which tasks?
- Design new features and content that support the game’s long-term vision
- Build and maintain balance for new and existing features
- Work on systems design, economy design and LiveOps
- Take full ownership of features — from ideation and documentation to rollout and performance evaluation
- Use spreadsheets extensively to create balancing models, economy simulations, dashboards and LiveOps tools
- Collaborate closely with developers and understand how configs and JSON-based data structures work
- Monitor KPIs and use a data-driven mindset to refine gameplay, events and economy
- Research market trends, analyze competing titles and extract learnings for the team
- Has 3+ years of game design experience
- Works confidently with spreadsheets, including formulas, balancing models and analytical tools
- Has experience building and scaling game economies, including LiveOps-driven expansions
- Understands how game configuration systems work (JSON or similar formats) and can communicate effectively with developers
- Has hands-on content design experience and writes clear, structured documentation
- Has experience owning features end-to-end
- Communicates ideas clearly using documentation, diagrams, spreadsheets or visual tools
- Manages time efficiently and thrives in a fast-moving environment
