- Review component implementations for accessibility compliance and block releases that do not meet standards
- Maintain the Yarn Berry monorepo structure and keep dependencies aligned across packages
- Operate and improve the package publishing pipeline to a GitLab NPM Registry
- Resolve outstanding security advisories and restore CI/CD confidence for releases
- Define and enforce a contribution process for teams across all pods
- Conduct a version audit to identify misaligned library versions across consuming products
- Maintain and improve Storybook documentation and Chromatic visual regression workflows
- Introduce and expand test coverage using Vitest and Playwright for the component library
- Drive a token sync workflow between design tokens and the repository with design partners
- Run an AI-assisted component generation pilot and establish a repeatable workflow with clear evaluation criteria
