Senior Delivery Manager, GenAI & Agentic Systems

Our AI Practice is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Delivery, GenAI & Agentic Systems Manager to help shape our most important deals and then lead the projects we win. You’ll work with long-standing enterprise clients and new accounts on agentic and multi-agent systems, data and AI platforms, and Physical AI.

This is a full-cycle role. You’ll take the delivery side of a pursuit from first estimate to signed SOW, then run the project yourself through discovery, delivery and closure. Because you deliver what you sign, you’ll have a real say in how each engagement is scoped and planned.

Essential functions

• Lead the delivery side of high-value pursuits from intake to signed SOW: shape scope and engagement model, build estimates and team plans, and flag feasibility and delivery risks early.
• Help set up the core team for each new pursuit (architect, tech lead and delivery manager) together with engineering and staffing leads.
• Lead won projects from discovery and start-up to completion, owning the plan, scope and change control, risks, budget and margin, the team and the client relationship.
• Represent the practice in project governance, including kick-offs, discovery and architecture reviews, steering committees and phase-gate risk reviews.
• Contribute to the practice’s delivery standards for AI and data projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in delivery management, including leading several data, ML or LLM-based projects end to end and being accountable for more than one project or workstream at a time.
• Presales experience: you’ve shaped scope, delivery approach, estimates and team plans for proposals and SOWs with sales and architects, and defended them with the client.
• Experience running fixed-price or deliverable-based engagements, including discovery phases, change control, delivery risk and margin.
• Enough technical fluency to work with architects on RAG, agentic systems, model evaluation and data pipelines, and to explain the trade-offs and risks to business stakeholders.
• Experience running steering committees and handling escalations with client directors and VPs.
• Experience leading distributed teams across time zones, including staffing new teams and coaching other managers.
• A track record of introducing a delivery standard across several projects or teams (such as estimation guidelines, phase-gate checklists or a delivery playbook), getting managers to adopt it, and using project data to show its impact.

Would be a plus

• Hands-on use of AI-assisted engineering practices in delivery, such as agentic coding or an AI-enabled SDLC.
• Delivery of large data platform projects, such as migration or modernisation on Databricks or Snowflake.
• Projects in industrial, robotics or simulation settings.
• A prior portfolio or practice-level role covering delivery governance, cross-project risk management or coaching a pool of delivery managers.
