Senior Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager who will drive the successful completion of assigned project goals through effective stakeholder management and coordination. This individual will also serve as a key facilitator in guiding clients through change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team in defining scope and strategies to meet project goals
• Oversee project targets, budgets, and staffing needs
• Apply finance and banking expertise to support solution analysis and design
• Provide support to the team and eliminate obstacles hindering progress
• Keep stakeholders updated on project milestones and potential delays
• Drive and oversee change management initiatives within project teams
• Develop innovative solutions to tackle complex project issues
• Mediate and resolve disputes between team members and stakeholders

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in project or delivery management
• Degree in Systems Engineering or a related discipline
• Familiarity with project management frameworks (PMP, Agile) and key performance indicators
• Understanding of various payment methods
• Experience using collaboration and tracking platforms like Jira, Confluence, and Trello
• Experience with Planner
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-motivation abilities
• Proven ability to manage intricate and detail-oriented projects
• Strong skills in team leadership and conflict management

Nice to have

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Knowledge of program and project management methodologies, including planning and governance
• Certifications related to project management, planning, and governance
