Delivery Manager
We are seeking a Delivery Manager to ensure the achievement of objectives for assigned projects by managing and coordinating with all stakeholders. This role also plays a significant part in acting as a facilitator for change processes for the client.
Responsibilities
- Manage the project team to define the scope and the means to achieve project objectives
- Manage project objectives, costs, and human resources
- Contribute to the analysis and design of solutions by leveraging expertise in finance and banking
- Support the team and remove roadblocks
- Communicate progress and keep stakeholders informed regarding milestones and any delays
- Propose and manage change initiatives across project teams
- Create solutions to address complex project challenges
- Resolve conflicts among team members and stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in delivery or project management
- Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Agile) and project health indicators
- Knowledge of payment methods
- Familiarity with collaborative activity-tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello
- Familiarity with Planner
- Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills
- Capability to manage complex, highly detailed projects
- Skills in team management and conflict resolution
Nice to have
- Background in cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
- Understanding of program/project management methodologies and project planning and governance
- Certification in project management, project planning, and project governance
