Senior BI Analyst

We are seeking a Senior BI Analyst to drive the execution of the organization's data strategy through large cross-functional firm initiatives, leading the data experience and advising on data strategy across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Understand and support the data needs of assigned initiatives, staying aligned with the overall Data Strategy and Firm Plan
• Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise as a subject matter expert
• Lead cross-functional data projects and programs with notable risk and complexity
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and software developers to design solutions
• Develop and manage business relationships with leaders across the organization
• Recommend solutions to business improvement opportunities in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis delivery and requirements analysis
• Skills in stakeholder management and data analysis
• Background in solution architecture
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
