Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking Senior AI Engineers to join our team in building a cutting-edge AI platform centered on agentic capabilities and knowledge-graph-based solutions. In this hands-on contributor role, you will work closely with an established engineering and project management team to design, build, and evolve production-grade AI systems. We need engineers with true hands-on AI experience, specifically those who have architected and built agentic workflows from the ground up and understand their mechanics beyond basic API usage.

Essential functions

• Design and implement agentic AI systems, multi-step AI workflows, and platform components using large language models.
• Build, maintain, and optimize knowledge graphs and graph-based data structures for complex reasoning systems.
• Construct robust, production-grade integrations leveraging AWS cloud infrastructure and native AI services.
• Contribute directly to the overall architecture, testing, debugging, and deployment of scalable AI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and Project Managers to drive deliverables and evaluate emergent AI technologies, memory models, and agentic approaches.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience building AI agents, multi-step workflows, or agentic architectures with a deep functional understanding of their underlying mechanics.
• Hands-on experience designing and building end-to-end enterprise knowledge graph architectures, with deep expertise in graph databases and query languages such as AWS Neptune, Neo4j, Gremlin, or Cypher.
• Strong professional experience in AWS, including architecting and executing cloud-based systems.
• Hands-on experience working with OpenAI APIs and AWS Bedrock (preferably with Claude models).
• Advanced programming proficiency in Python (or equivalent core language), paired with experience designing and integrating production-ready APIs and microservices.
• Practical experience working with knowledge graphs and graph databases.

Would be a plus

• Expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), tool use, function calling, planning algorithms, agent memory, and evaluation strategies.
• Familiarity with popular AI agent orchestration frameworks and tools.
• Proven track record of deploying, monitoring, and operating complex AI systems in production.
