SAP GRC Consultant

We are looking for an SAP GRC Consultant to help strengthen SAP security and governance by delivering high-quality solutions that meet operational and security standards. Responsibilities

• Design SAP GRC and SAP security solutions based on functional and design analysis documents
• Develop and implement secure solutions aligned with development, operations, and security standards
• Ensure delivery meet agreed timelines and budgets while maintaining high quality
• Provide level 3 production support for delivered applications
• Build change management and lifecycle management policies and procedures
• Define and enforce development standards and reusable templates for delivery teams
• Control deliverables through reviews and quality checks to ensure compliance and stability
• Coach team members and provide technical guidance to improve outcomes
• Share best practices with the team and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 4+ years SAP security and SAP GRC experience
• Experience leading and mentoring team members in delivery execution
• Project delivery experience with planning, scope, and budget ownership
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge with focus on access risk and controls
• Strong SAP change management and lifecycle management knowledge
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
