Project Manager

Responsibilities

The manager's task is to effectively manage teams in conditions of high production rates and change. You'll be involved in the entire game production process, from pre-production and artistic work to creating engineering perfection. What was appropriate a year ago may not be consistent with the product strategy today, and the manager should see that and improve the situation. In addition, a key responsibility and role of the Project Manager is to create and develop teams. In this sense, a Playrix manager has "free rein" and almost unlimited opportunities to build a team.

Requirements

• Experience in managing a cross-functional development team in gamedev
• Experience in managing and developing managers, working with teams through leads
• Technical background: technical education, experience as a developer/QA
• Experience with IT products: prioritization, planning, operational control
• Strong people management skills: hiring, assessment, development
