Project-manager

Next Genium Studio is looking for a talented Project Manager with experience in gamedev to lead challenging story-driven PC projects.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining projects in Jira+Confluence
- Compiling and updating Roadmaps/Sprints
- Allocate and track task deadlines on a daily basis
- Maintain effective communication within the team
- Inform management in a timely manner of any difficulties encountered
- Keeping records of calls and compiling follow up
- Tracking the correctness of report writing
- Tracking employees' compliance with the company's internal rules when using services and messengers
- Full involvement in the project

Knowledge and Skills:
- Jira+Confluece customisation skills
- Experience in drafting roadmaps/sprints
- Experience of working with difficult customers, ability to find compromises
- Ability to argue your position in a reasoned manner
- Knowledge of the games industry, how the game creation processes are structured.
- Experience in the following programmes: Slack, Notion, Miro, Google Docs.
