Now we look for a Performance Marketing Analyst to join our Analytics Team.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate actionable insights to support Growth, Marketing, and Product teams in achieving business objectives;
- Analyze user acquisition funnels, conversion paths, retention cohorts, and monetization performance;
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests from hypothesis generation to final recommendations;
- Develop and maintain core growth metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks;
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and optimization areas;
- Work with large datasets using SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data;
- Evaluate marketing campaign performance across various acquisition channels, including paid advertising and affiliate traffic;
- Analyze attribution models and user tracking systems to improve marketing efficiency and measurement accuracy;
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Growth Managers, Marketing teams, Data Scientists, and Engineers to support data-driven decision-making;
- Participate in designing and validating tracking implementations, events, and analytics infrastructure.
You’ll thrive here if you have
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Marketing Analytics;
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and work efficiently with large datasets;
- Strong Python skills for data analysis, automation, and statistical research;
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodology, experimentation frameworks, and statistical significance;
- Hands-on experience analyzing product funnels, user journeys, retention, and cohort performance;
- Strong product and business mindset with the ability to connect analytical findings to business impact;
- Experience working with marketing performance data, paid acquisition, affiliate marketing, or traffic analytics;
- Understanding of attribution systems, user tracking, and marketing measurement principles;
- Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Amplitude, or similar;
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
