Description
We're looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join our team and take full ownership of CRM strategy, execution, and performance. This is a hands-on role for someone who moves fast, owns outcomes end-to-end, and knows how to translate data into campaigns that actually move the needle. You'll work across the full subscription lifecycle — activation, retention, and win-back — and shape our CRM stack for scale.

Key responsibilities
CRM strategy and ownership
- Build and execute CRM strategy for MuseScore.
- Own CRM KPIs, reporting, and performance improvements.
- Design, update, and implement a comprehensive revenue growth strategy leveraging CRM channels to enhance direct sales. Influence subscription lifecycle stages by improving activation metrics, reducing churn, and executing win-back campaigns.
Backlog management and hypothesis testing
- Manage CRM backlog, prioritize hypotheses, and run A/B tests.
- Analyze and interpret data from experiments to make decisions based on results. Plan and oversee the implementation of initiatives, maintaining a well-organized backlog aligned with business objectives.
Campaign management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including content creation, layout design, and template development for communications.
- Coordinate campaign creation with copywriters, designers, and internal teams, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
Automation and AI-driven workflows
- Introduce automation and AI-driven workflows — create AI skills, agents, and workflows to automate recurring tasks and projects.
- Support the development and optimization of CRM tools and services, including Bloomreach, CDP, and Mailtrain.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing
- Hands-on experience with CRM and CDP platforms (preferably Bloomreach)
- Strong understanding of lifecycle campaigns, segmentation and trigger-based communications
- Hand-on experience with A/B testing for B2C products and and analyze, interpret data after experiments
- Familiarity with the principles and specifics of push notifications, in-app alerts, and inbox messages.
- Experience in building effective trigger chains and segmenting databases.
- Experience working with CDP (preferably Bloomreach)
- English language proficiency of upper intermediate level or higher
- AI practice experience
