We are seeking a People Experience Specialist to join our team and help shape an exceptional workplace culture. In this role, you will play a key part in driving employee engagement, promoting our internal brand and crafting memorable experiences across the organization, while supporting events for EPAM communities and driving positive change with ESG initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and execute engagement activities such as community and team-building events, workshops and well-being programs
- Align these activities with company goals and stakeholders, including budgeting
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including speaker coordination, platform management, registration and post-event follow-up
- Develop and execute a diverse calendar of virtual events, including webinars, hackathons, panel discussions and networking opportunities
- Coordinate vendor requirements, contracts, purchasing and logistics for event-related materials and swag
- Leverage data and analytics to measure event success and identify areas for improvement
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the employer brand, both internally and externally
- Support cross-functional initiatives beyond assigned responsibilities with enthusiasm
- Act as a bridge between the community and internal teams by sharing product feedback, pain points and suggestions
- Cooperate across practices to manage event organization flow, ensuring it meets quality benchmarks, budgets and timelines
- Support EPAM tech and informal communities in implementing best community-building practices
- Analyze feedback and conduct timely retrospectives to continually improve participant engagement and experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in event coordination, employee engagement or people experience roles
- Skills in planning and executing engagement activities including team-building events, workshops and well-being programs
- Expertise in managing event logistics, vendor coordination and budgeting
- Proficiency in developing virtual event calendars including webinars, hackathons and panel discussions
- Competency in leveraging data and analytics to measure success and drive improvements
- Familiarity with employer branding practices and internal communication strategies
- Understanding of community-building practices within technical and informal groups
- Capability to collaborate cross-functionally with PR, Communication and Marketing teams
