2. Strategic Stakeholder & Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary lead for major events in CY, driving collaboration with cross-functional teams to define objectives, themes, and key messages.
- Finance & Procurement: Partner closely with Finance and Procurement teams to manage expenses, secure favorable terms with vendors, and ensure all contracts align with organizational compliance and budgetary targets.
- Communications & Creative: Work hand-in-hand with Communications and Creative teams to ensure event branding is cohesive and that all internal "hype" strategies effectively convey information to employees at all levels.
- Executive Alignment: Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to align event and communication strategies with overarching organizational objectives.
3. Advanced Internal Communications
- Campaign Strategy: Create and curate high-level content for local internal communication channels, including email announcements, intranet, and digital displays.
- Messaging Excellence: Craft compelling messages and updates that foster a positive corporate culture and maximize information dissemination.
- Impact Assessment: Monitor the effectiveness of communication efforts and make adjustments as necessary to improve engagement rates.
