What you'll do:
- Developing and executing strategy for partnerships growth whilst maintaining existing relationships
- Support partners with client requests, handle client sales and onboarding
- Assist with managing partners and maintaining partners satisfaction
- Manage the sales pipeline by following up on leads coming from partners and closing them
- Communicate with the operational teams to ensure a high standard of service quality and coordination
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to escalate any issues partners might be experiencing
- Help us to advance our technical lead by providing input into our software development process
- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities as required

Who you are:
- Experience with partnerships, business development, or sales
- A degree in marketing, business, communications or related disciplines; extensive work experience would make up for lack in qualifications
You’ll leave this role better than you started. That’s the goal.
Key competencies for position and level
- Interest in fintech & broad based knowledge of the landscape both in HK and SG
- Help us to advance our technical lead by providing input into our software development process
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage
