Why this role matters
To drive business growth by identifying, acquiring, and onboarding high-potential partners while also managing, nurturing, and retaining existing high-value partners. This role focuses on building long-term, profitable relationships, maximizing partner performance, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction, engagement, and revenue contribution.
The role is based in our Uruguay Office. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.
What you'll actually do
Partner Acquisition & Business Development
- Proactively identify and target new external partners through channels
- Pitch partnership models and negotiate agreements aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners to ensure continuous acquisition.
- Develop tailored proposals and business cases to secure high-value partnerships.
- Handle partner registrations, IB (Introducing Broker) applications, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute partner acquisition campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and competitive threats
Partner Management & Retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value partners, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Manage day-to-day partner support, including account queries, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through regular engagement and personalized service.
- Monitor partner performance and key business metrics to identify growth, uplift, and reactivation opportunities.
- Implement churn prevention strategies based on partner behavior and predefined triggers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve partner issues, coordinating with Customer Support and internal teams as needed.
- Ensure seamless operational support and timely resolution of partner concerns.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of partner activities, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Track acquisition, retention, and engagement KPIs.
- Prepare periodic reports on partner performance, risks, and growth opportunities
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- Investment license and/or financial certifications (highly regarded)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferably business development, sales, account management, etc.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading, and investing
- Solid understanding of technical and fundamental analysis
- Expertise in Stock and FOREX trading
- Experience using CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce and Tableau
- Ability to track, analyze, and report on KPIs and performance metrics
- Strong commercial acumen and business development mindset
- Excellent convincing, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Persistence and strong critical thinking abilities
- Sales-driven mindset with motivation to achieve targets
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
- Native Spanish and advanced English
