Officer AOG
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Search on market, purchase and organize delivery of AOG parts
- Process all requisitions according to their required dates
- Check contract terms and contract lists
- Use all available tools and sources in searching aircraft parts
- Be in touch with suppliers, agents and Freight forwarders
- Place orders with most profitable offers, analyze available offers, prepare required package of documents, matrixes.
- Keep updated Maintrol and Control center on parts delivery status
- Control reports, fill in required information on vendor’s portals and in company systems
- Take under control all issues related to AOG department
