What we want to see:
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Understanding of the simulation game genre
- Hands on experience designing and operating LiveOps events, including planning, launch, monitoring, and optimization
- Experience working with large and complex features
- Deep understanding of modern monetization trends and industry best practices
- Experience creating and maintaining detailed documentation throughout the entire feature lifecycle, from concept to post launch, with the ability to keep living documentation up to date in Confluence
- Ability to clearly define game requirements and communicate design decisions to developers, artists, and producers
- Willingness to work iteratively by quickly prototyping hypotheses, incorporating playtest feedback, and refining mechanics
- Ability to make independent design decisions within the established product vision
- Experience managing tasks in Jira or similar tools
Additionally, it would be great to have:
- Experience working with analytics and analytical tools
- Ability to derive actionable insights from data
What you will be doing:
- Owning monetization features, including the design, implementation, and optimization of both new and existing systems
- Collaborating with the development team to integrate monetization features into core gameplay mechanics
- Analyzing the performance of implemented solutions and driving further improvements based on results
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation throughout the feature lifecycle
