EPAM Systems is seeking an Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Specialist to strengthen EPAM’s presence within Vietnam’s technology market and support the company’s growth across the region.
This role plays a key part in positioning EPAM Vietnam as an employer of choice by driving employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns, tech community engagement, and talent-focused communication strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about building meaningful connections within Vietnam’s technology ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute employer branding and talent attraction strategies aligned with regional and global objectives
- Drive recruitment marketing campaigns across digital channels, social media, events, and tech communities to increase brand awareness and candidate engagement
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition teams to support hiring growth, strengthen talent pipelines, and improve candidate experience
- Create engaging and localized content showcasing EPAM’s culture, technologies, people, projects, and career opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tech communities, universities, industry partners, and external stakeholders across Vietnam
- Collaborate with Global and Regional Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency while adapting communications for local market relevance
- Support and organize tech events, meetups, webinars, university activities, and employer branding initiatives to strengthen EPAM’s visibility in the technology market
- Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and branding effectiveness to continuously optimize marketing initiatives and improve business impact
Requirements
- Proven experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Attraction, Digital Marketing, or related fields
- Strong understanding of Vietnam’s IT talent market and technology community landscape
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and content-driven initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills within dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and content creation skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Creative, proactive, and data-driven mindset with strong organizational and project coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and execution quality
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources, or related disciplines
Nice to have
- Experience in IT services, software outsourcing, or multinational technology environments
- Experience organizing tech community events, meetups, webinars, or university engagement activities
- Familiarity with design and content creation tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
