AI-Driven Contents Marketing Specialist
Join us as an AI Marketing Content Specialist and take hands-on ownership of creating and optimizing digital marketing content using Generative AI and prompt engineering. Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, ensure high-quality and compliant campaigns, and deliver results efficiently and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Use Generative AI and prompt engineering to create, refine and optimize marketing content for pharmaceutical campaigns
- Collaborate with local Japanese brand teams and global technical stakeholders to translate campaign requirements into AI-driven content solutions
- Ensure all content and campaigns meet quality, compliance and local market standards
- Manage and update digital assets, including marketing collateral and campaign messaging, for healthcare audiences
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination across global and local teams, including leading status calls in English
- Actively utilize Gen-AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) to generate and optimize marketing copy, image assets and code snippets. Apply prompt engineering to automate repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation or campaign execution
- Hands-on expertise with Generative AI and prompt engineering for content generation and optimization
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, translate requirements into effective AI-driven solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in matrixed, multinational environments
- Native-level or equivalent level in Japanese and business-level English proficiency
- Proven track record of delivery of high-quality, compliant content under tight deadlines
