We are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will independently coordinate and manage cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders, support campaign execution, and contribute to process improvements that enhance team efficiency and project delivery quality.
Responsibilities
- Independently coordinate and manage marketing projects involving cross-functional teams (design, content, web, social and operations teams)
- Plan project timelines, track progress and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify scope and manage expectations throughout project execution
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, status updates and follow-ups
- Monitor project risks, timelines and dependencies and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain project documentation, briefs, timelines and status reports
- Ensure processes and workflows are followed and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and manage changing priorities
- Contribute to improving project management processes, templates and workflows
- Support reporting and track project performance and delivery metrics
- Foster strong collaboration and communication across teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, marketing project management or a similar role
- English proficiency at B2-C1 level both written and spoken
- Experience coordinating marketing or digital projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with project management processes and workflow tools
- Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and suggesting solutions
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for project delivery
- Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
Nice to have
- Experience with Adobe Workfront or other project management tools
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot
- Experience using collaboration and planning tools such as Miro
