About the Position
We are looking for a Marketing Content Specialist to create and manage high quality content across multiple digital channels within a global IT services environment. You will support marketing initiatives by producing engaging materials, collaborating with stakeholders, and improving content performance through data driven approaches.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality content across digital formats including articles, case studies, white papers, presentations, web pages, and ad copy
- Coordinate content creation from ideation to publication, excluding design and video production
- Interview SMEs and stakeholders to extract insights and develop content
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Ensure content aligns with DataArt's brand voice, style guidelines, and messaging
- Optimize content to improve website and social performance
- Evaluate content performance using Google Analytics or similar tools Use GenAI, Grammarly and other tools to support drafting and editing while maintaining authenticity and authority
- Work in Jira or similar tools to manage tasks and deadlines
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, Design, and Web teams to deliver marketing collateral
- Produce content for digital marketing campaigns
- Create sales collateral including case studies and presentations
- Develop website and landing page content
- Contribute ideas for LinkedIn and other social content Identify gaps in content briefs and recommend improvements
- Escalate risks, delays, or blockers affecting delivery
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Near native English proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within IT services
- Experience creating structured content for different digital channels
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other digital platforms for professional audiences
- Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with distributed teams and stakeholders
- Experience working in Jira or similar task management systems
Nice to Have
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush
- Experience running paid campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn or Google Ads
- Familiarity with video production processes
- Understanding of IT product development concepts
- Experience working in remote or international teams
