Manager security risk & quality assurance

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide ongoing reviews of the state of aviation security, based on an assessment of risks or events that have occurred, to identify needs and weaknesses in the aviation security operations of the airline
• To identify threats and risks in scope of aviation security.
• To organize written records and compilation of data of aviation security risks in airline, keeps records of incidents and accidents in the airline related to violations and non-compliances of rules and procedures of aviation security.
• To manage actions and feedback of hazard or occurrences as well as of security investigations and monitoring of risk mitigation actions.
• To provide regular reports on monthly/quarterly basis to direct manager.
• To organize and to provide reactive and proactive actions for visible and latent threats, data collection and aviation security risk management.
• To coordinate communication within the company in the event of security threats and incidents, as well as in the investigation and monitoring of risk management activities.
• To prepare reports of aviation security department, including analysis of trends and measures to mitigate the consequences of realizable risks to aviation security.
• To develop & to realize the quality assurance program on aviation security.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Higher;
• Age at least twenty-five years old;
• English not lower than intermediate;
• Analytical skills;
• Be able to carry out delegated tasks timely and properly, be able to remain true and keep interests of the Company, be able to treat concerned personnel in a way that will best achieve result;
• A high level of report writing in English;
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and be able to present clearly and accurately;
• Facilitation and time management skills;
• Communication skills, strict compliance with subordination and business ethics standards.
