Responsibilities

• Design dynamic gameplay systems that strengthen player agency
• Build Unreal Engine features that enable interactive storytelling experiences
• Integrate Generative AI and LLM-driven behaviors into core gameplay loops
• Develop Unity prototypes to validate interactive concepts and mechanics
• Optimize real-time systems to improve stability, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate creative intent into technical solutions
• Test and iterate on player-facing systems to raise responsiveness and quality

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience with Unreal Engine development (5+ years)
• Hands-on experience with Unity development
• Practical experience using Large Language Models (LLM) in game or interactive contexts
• Proven ability to take lead-level ownership and provide leadership to drive technical decisions
• Strong expertise in gameplay systems engineering for real-time interactive experiences
• Excellent communication skills to connect engineering work with creative goals
• English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate
