We are seeking an experienced Infor WMS Functional Consultant to provide primary hands-on implementation capability for an ongoing multi-site rollout of the Infor WMS platform, supporting all phases of deployment, including planning, design, configuration, validation, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare support.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on best practices in warehouse management to drive positive business outcomes
- Coordinate implementation initiatives and configure the Infor WMS application as Functional Consultant
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of Infor WMS projects, from planning through implementation and post-go-live support
- Support configuration validation and evidence, representative inbound/outbound/inventory scenarios, interface testing, master-data-dependent testing, regression testing, mock cutover preparation, UAT defect resolution, and high-volume operational testing
- Guide clients on best practices across warehouse/building setup, owners/storers, zones, areas, locations and location types, put-away, replenishment, allocation, waves, task management, RF profiles, receiving and PO/ASN lifecycle, packing, picking, shipping/loading, returns and special/job processes, UOM/pack structures, inventory statuses/holds, and inventory cycle counting
- Prioritize tasks independently and adjust quickly in a rapidly changing environment without supervision
- Deliver work that meets or exceeds client quality expectations, ensuring appropriate quality controls and the right outcomes, deliverables, and solutions to fit client needs
- Work through ambiguity to provide clarity and structure throughout project delivery, using a flexible approach that makes a meaningful impact on the client's business
- Build capability, best practice competencies, and skills within client teams
- Foster respect and trust with EPAM and client colleagues through supportive and reliable collaboration
- Encourage collaboration to enhance performance within client and EPAM teams, remaining open to different viewpoints and contributions
- Identify opportunities to proactively build strategic relationships at individual, account, and organizational levels
Requirements
- 5-12 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, and/or Manager grade, or 4+ years of relevant Infor WMS experience
- Expertise in implementing Infor WMS across industries such as Transportation, Logistics, Retail and Distribution, CPG, and Manufacturing
- Understanding of end-to-end WMS business functions
- Background in supply chain experience acquired at large global technology consulting, consumer-packaged goods and services companies, retailers, and CPG distributors
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management with recognition as an SME/thought leader in WMS Solutions
- Flexibility to travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced education is appreciated
