Lead Java Developer with GCP

We are looking for a Lead Java Developer with GCP proficiency to drive technical excellence, mentor engineering teams and spearhead the delivery of enterprise-grade cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of Java-based platforms
• Oversight of cloud infrastructure design on Google Cloud Platform
• Guide and mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance
• Define engineering standards, best practices and development workflows
• Drive container orchestration strategies across distributed environments
• Coordinate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps
• Ensure scalability, reliability and performance of production systems
• Champion automation initiatives for infrastructure and deployment pipelines
• Resolve complex technical challenges and unblock team members
• Contribute to hiring decisions and team growth strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Expertise in Core Java Development, Spring and Spring Integration
• Skills in Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform
• Competency in SQL
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
