We are looking for a forward-thinking and seasoned Lead AI Engineer to assist our clients in elevating their AI capabilities across diverse initiatives, including AI-driven customer support, agentic staff training and agentic shopping.
Responsibilities
Create and refine AI agents that leverage LLMs such as OpenAI APIs hosted on Azure
Architect and deploy function-calling approaches to expand AI agent capabilities
Safeguard chatbot accuracy and reliability through methods that prevent hallucinations
Connect and streamline AI workflows with the use of Python
Take part in responsible AI and compliance activities to ensure alignment with ethical AI standards
Spearhead efforts in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI development
Cooperate with teams to advance agent-based training and AI-powered shopping solutions
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on work with LLMs, Claude Code or comparable technologies
1+ years of relevant leadership experience
Proficiency in Python applied to AI development and integration tasks
Knowledge of techniques for preventing hallucinations as well as MCP
Background in Responsible AI, compliance best practices and ethical AI principles
Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) along with Conversational AI
Level of English – B2 or higher
Nice to have
Capability to shape and execute testing strategies based on chatbot performance metrics
Skills in performing exploratory data analysis (EDA) together with A/B testing methodologies
Understanding of cloud services or the capacity to outline cloud engineering requirements
Background in preparing data requirements for data engineering teams
