The IT Operations team is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of company hardware and basic IT services across Europe. The team ensures that employees receive the right equipment and access on time, that assets are tracked accurately, and that operational processes remain stable, scalable, and transparent.
As an IT Asset & Service Operations Specialist, you will primarily focus on hardware lifecycle operations, onboarding/offboarding support, asset tracking, and day-to-day IT service coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational processes in a fast-paced environment.
Challenges that await you:
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware across Europe, including receiving, preparation, shipping, replacements, repairs, returns, and decommissioning
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes by coordinating device provisioning, returns, and basic access setup
- Maintain accurate records of devices, inventory, ownership, and asset movements within internal systems
- Handle day-to-day IT service requests related to hardware, onboarding/offboarding, and service access management
- Perform basic software and license management operations, including access provisioning and license assignment
- Communicate directly with employees to provide guidance and support on IT-related operational processes
- Coordinate with couriers, vendors, and internal teams including HR, Finance, Security, and IT
- Maintain and improve operational documentation, internal instructions, and process flows
- Prepare operational reports related to inventory, returns, tickets, and other support metrics
- Participate in audits by collecting and validating hardware and access-related information
- Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, or automate operational workflows
What makes you a great fit:
- Hands-on experience with IT asset management, onboarding/offboarding, or IT operations support
- Experience working with tools such as Google Workspace, Airtable, and Atlassian products
- Basic understanding of access management processes and MDM systems
- Experience working with ticketing systems and supporting end users
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow operational processes consistently
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize multiple parallel tasks
- Comfortable working with routine and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain technical or operational processes to users
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
