head of business operations

We are looking for an experienced operational leader to join our CEO Office as General Manager. This is a strategic, high-responsibility role that involves close collaboration with the COO and company co-founder. You will manage key business functions, drive large-scale development projects, and act as a catalyst for change to help Playrix maintain its leadership in the industry.

This is a high-visibility position, offering the opportunity to operate at scale and tackle complex challenges while working directly with the founders.

Responsibilities

• operational management: take charge of several core company functions (player support, IT support, business development, studios);
• development and optimization projects: launch initiatives that simultaneously improve efficiency and service quality;
• strategic collaboration: work closely with the COO and co-founder to monitor the effectiveness of structures, processes, and communications across the company, while proposing improvements and implementing best practices;
• change management: act as a driver of positive transformations, introducing new approaches and raising operational standards to ensure Playrix’s continued industry leadership.

Requirements

• Outstanding leadership and communication skills; proven experience managing people and interacting across all organizational levels;
• Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze complex business problems and make data-driven decisions;
• Experience managing large-scale projects or divisions; strong knowledge of project management and process optimization;
• Background in international companies or fast-growing startups (consulting, investment banking, venture capital, technology/gaming corporations);
• Fluent English;
• Experience managing significant resources (teams of 100+ people, budgets) is a strong plus;
• Ability to work remotely in a time zone close to Europe.
