AppMagic is a B2B SaaS platform for mobile market research. We already have over 350+ clients globally, including NetEase, Google, Playventures. Our goal is to become #1 in our field.
The value of our product lies in its ability to quickly and comprehensively answer the most important business questions: What to do? How to grow?
Our team is relatively small, about 80+ people, but through ingenuity, professionalism, and determination, we successfully compete with larger companies and have already reached the second position worldwide.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious, and results-driven Head of Business Development to join our growing team in US!

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in identifying and engaging potential customers who can benefit from our products and services, helping to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team.
As an analytics platform, we know everything about all prospects: their revenue, downloads, app genres, company location, headcount, as well as names, positions, and email addresses of targeted people. We also have an insight factory: identifying what’s important and interesting in any segment of the mobile market.

As an Head of BD, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: proactively build and maintain a healthy sales funnel through strategic outreach via personalized emails, calls, and social media to identify high-potential prospects.
  • Engagement & Nurturing: execute multi-touch outreach sequences using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and Hubspot. Follow up promptly and persistently to engage leads and move them through the funnel.
  • Qualifying Opportunities: assess and qualify outbound leads using criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
  • Event Follow-Up: reach out to and nurture prospects sourced through industry events, conferences, and webinars to maintain engagement and maximize ROI from events.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies. Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Target Achievement: consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs, including outreach volume, qualified meetings booked, and sales pipeline contribution.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven success in a similar role, with experience in outbound B2B sales
  • Well-established professional network in the US
  • Experience in Gaming/SaaS or a related domain
  • Hands-on familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Apollo)
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, generate pipeline, and exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident, persuasive, and professional
  • Self-motivated to grow within a high-performing team
