Responsibilities

- Run experiments and A/B tests — formulate hypotheses, coordinate setup with Dev & QA, analyze results, and iterate based on learnings.
- Build and validate new funnels — create funnel variations for new creative and traffic streams, support localized versions, and gradually take ownership of launching and validating funnels end to end.
- Drive monetization and LTV growth — experiment with pricing, upsells, cancellation flows, and other initiatives aimed at improving monetization and increasing LTV.
- Research markets, competitors, and audiences — identify new growth opportunities and generate hypotheses based on market insights, user behavior, and competitive analysis.
- Own product–marketing alignment — ensure the funnel promise is clearly reflected in the product experience and collaborate with CRM/Marketing teams on email and retargeting flows.
