Estoty Riga is looking for an ingenious Game Designer to be a part of a dedicated team of talented professionals passionate about creating the next big hit! 

The Game Designer will be in charge of a full loop of creating experiences from idea to implementation to analyzing gameplay data after launch.
 

Our ideal candidate is a designer able to gather ideas from users and team, convert them into strong concepts to guide the development while implementing gameplay progression and balance.

• Creating and describing the vision for the overall game and specific features;
   
• Communicating the desired outcome to the development team;
   
• Tweaking and fine-tuning features in Unity;
   
• Analyzing key performance indicators and turning them into actionable insights.

• Strong knowledge of the hyper-casual game market, audience, and free-to-play business model;
   
• Great analytical and logical skills;
   
• Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets;
   
• Experience with Unity engine is a plus;
   
• Portfolio of released mobile games is a plus;
   
• Good command of Latvian and English for documentation, tool proficiency, and communication with team members and external partners;
