Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect with Copilot

EPAM is expanding its Microsoft Business Applications practice and is looking for professionals with expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot technologies. You will work with globally distributed teams to deliver business-critical solutions for enterprise customers while helping organizations accelerate AI adoption and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complete solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects
• Facilitate discovery workshops, conduct architecture assessments, and guide solution envisioning sessions
• Establish application, integration, security, data, and AI architecture frameworks
• Enforce architecture governance and maintain technical standards
• Create Copilot, agent-based, and AI-enabled solutions through Copilot Studio
• Assist with estimations, proposal development, and pre-sales efforts
• Guide and develop engineering and consulting team members
• Work closely with executive stakeholders and business sponsors

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years working with Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform
• Background in Solution Architecture for large-scale enterprise projects
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Solid grasp of Azure integration and security principles
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture patterns and governance practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Advanced-level English proficiency
• Comprehension of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Capability to spot AI-driven business opportunities
• Awareness of prompt engineering fundamentals
• Grasp of Responsible AI principles
• Background using AI-powered productivity or development tools
• Experience building, configuring, or developing AI agents is beneficial

Nice to have

• Background working with Power BI
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 ERP
• Sector experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or manufacturing
