AI Technical Architect
We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions from concept to production. This role combines deep technical expertise in AI/ML with strong leadership and communication skills to bridge business needs with engineering excellence. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience building production-grade AI & Data systems, with particular expertise in LLMs, cloud platforms, and end-to-end project delivery. You'll architect scalable AI solutions, guide technical teams through complex implementations, and balance cutting-edge innovation with practical business outcomes.
Essential functions
- Owns the technical vision, architecture standards, and client advisory relationship for GenAI/agentic engagements. Sets direction and prototypes hands-on, but does not carry day-to-day embedded delivery.
- Client advisory to C-suite/VP stakeholders; shape AI strategy and architecture roadmaps.
- Own architecture standards and governance across engagements.
- Lead technical pre-sales, proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses.
- Maintain consistency of patterns across accounts; mentor architects and engineering managers.
- Evaluate and select emerging frontier tooling for the practice.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years, including architecture/technical leadership tenure.
-Hands-on production experience with the GenAI/agentic stack (LangGraph, Temporal, RAG, vector DBs, Graph DBs, LLM fine-tuning (LoRA/Hypernetworks), eval frameworks/approaches, Agent Evolution Approaches, MCP).
- Multi-cloud AI platform depth (Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI).
- Research credentials: advanced degree or equivalent publications/patents/OSS contribution (Specifically for Harnesses).
Would be a plus
- Prior experience in a Forward-Deployed-Engineer-style or embedded consulting role.
- Track record in technical pre-sales, proposal writing, or account growth.
- Public technical writing or conference speaking on AI/agentic architecture.
- Owns proposal and pipeline development directly
