We're looking for motivated graduates and students to join our Customer Support Internship Program. From day one, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, supporting clients in a fast-paced Forex trading environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Customer Support
- Respond to client inquiries via live chat, email, web forms, and phone calls
- Assist clients with account, platform, and service-related questions
- Deliver professional and timely customer support
- Work closely with Operations, Trading, Payments, and Sales teams
- Adhere to company policies and service standards
- Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
Case Management
- Follow up on client requests and unresolved issues
- Escalate complex cases to relevant teams
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems

What we’re looking for
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar
- Strong English communication skills are required.
- Fluency in an additional language, particularly Arabic, Farsi, Russian, or Chinese (Mandarin), will be considered a strong advantage.
- Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in Forex, fintech, or financial services

Successful interns will be considered for a full-time Customer Service role at Exinity. We use a clear performance criteria and defined expectations to assess readiness, so you’ll always know where you stand and what you need to progress.
The internship will be run by Exinity in collaboration with our partner, Altaris Services Limited, who has its registered office in Yerevan, Armenia.
