We are looking for an experienced CDD professional to support the development and execution of Customer Due Diligence processes within our organization. In this role, you will work closely with the CDD Head and cross-functional teams to ensure robust KYC, monitoring, and compliance practices, while maintaining high standards of risk management, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
- Support the setup, documentation, and continuous improvement of CDD processes, including post-verification, enhanced due diligence, periodic reviews, and suspicious account handling
- Monitor and escalate gaps identified during verification processes and ensure timely resolution
- Oversee KYC document deficiencies, customer call-outs, complaints handling, and coordination of CTR/STR reporting with Compliance
- Ensure proper implementation of maker-checker controls, segregation of duties, and adherence to delegated authority
- Monitor team performance against turnaround times and maintain audit-ready documentation and records
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and participate in system enhancements, UAT/UVT, and cross-functional initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (SEC, BSP, AMLC) and internal policies, supporting anti-money laundering efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance or any related business field
- 5+ years of experience in CDD, KYC, or compliance roles within a financial institution
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and customer due diligence processes
- Experience handling high transaction volumes in time-sensitive environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently
- Project management mindset and ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment
