As branch operations continue to expand, the Housekeeping & Liaison Personnel will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment while supporting daily operational needs through messenger and administrative functions.
This role is responsible for ensuring cleanliness across office facilities, supporting pantry and common areas, and assisting in internal and external errands to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Housekeeping & Sanitation
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of office areas including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, pantry, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
- Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste segregation and disposal
- Monitor and replenish hygiene supplies such as tissue, soap, and sanitizer
- Conduct spot cleaning and respond to spills or unsanitary conditions
- Support scheduled deep cleaning and sanitation activities
- Maintain cleaning tools and ensure proper storage after use
- Report facility issues such as leaks, damages, pests, or unsafe conditions
Pantry & Common Area Support
- Maintain cleanliness of pantry equipment and common areas
- Clean tables, countertops, sinks, and appliances
- Wash reusable pantry items such as cups and utensils
- Ensure availability of pantry supplies including coffee and snacks
- Organize and maintain pantry presentation standards
- Report any equipment issues or supply shortages
Messenger Functions (Reliever)
- Act as relief messenger when needed to support operational continuity
- Deliver and pick up documents, supplies, and materials
- Handle external errands such as bank transactions and document submissions
- Coordinate with government agencies (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, LGUs)
- Receive and distribute incoming deliveries and parcels
- Assist in tracking outgoing documents and courier dispatches
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of company items
- Maintain basic logs of deliveries and transactions
Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents
- Support inventory monitoring and replenishment of supplies
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready before and after use
- Assist during office events, cleanups, and operational activities
Other Duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Facilities or Administration team
Requirements
- High school graduate or Senior High School graduate
- Vocational training in housekeeping or related field is an advantage
- With at least 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping, messenger, or office support roles
- Experience in corporate or office environments is preferred
- With valid driver’s license and ability to drive a motorcycle
- Ability to drive a four-wheeled vehicle is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and delivery tasks
- Willing to travel for errands and work flexible schedules if needed
