As a Customer Demand Specialist, you will play a key role in accelerating Lenovo's One Lenovo strategy by identifying, qualifying and nurturing enterprise opportunities across our end-to-end portfolio including Devices (IDG), Infrastructure (ISG) and Solutions & Services (SSG).
Working closely with Local Sales, Marketing, Technical Specialists and global stakeholders, you will connect customers with solutions that address real business challenges while generating qualified pipeline and supporting revenue growth.
This role combines consultative customer engagement, demand generation and cross-functional collaboration, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to build a career in enterprise technology sales and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities
1. Generate Qualified Demand
- Identify and engage enterprise customers through outbound activities, campaigns, strategic events and opportunity mining.
- Build qualified pipeline across Lenovo's Devices, Infrastructure and Services portfolio.
- Partner with Sales to prioritize strategic accounts and focus on quality opportunities rather than lead volume.
- Conduct customer discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and identify relevant Lenovo solutions.

2. Qualify Opportunities
- Qualify opportunities using structured discovery methodologies (BANT and solution-fit).
- Schedule qualified meetings between customers and Sales.
- Ensure timely and accurate handover of Sales Accepted Leads (SALs).
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene within Microsoft Dynamics.

3. Collaborate Across One Lenovo
- Partner with Local Sales, EHQ Marketing, Product Teams and Technical Specialists to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Support event follow-up activities and ensure high conversion of event-generated leads into qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with CDS colleagues across IDG, ISG and SSG to deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Share customer feedback and market insights to continuously improve campaigns and messaging.

4. Improve Business Performance
- Monitor pipeline progression and lead quality.
- Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in demand generation processes.
- Share insights on customer trends and market opportunities.

SKILLS
Must have
- Native or fluent French
- Fluent English
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years in Business Development, Customer Engagement, Demand Generation or Inside Sales
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and customer conversations
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Curious, proactive and customer-focused
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Interest in AI, technology and enterprise solutions
