Chief Site Reliability Engineer
We are seeking a Chief Site Reliability Engineer to lead the delivery of a strategic Dynatrace dashboard that unifies business and operational KPIs with real-time observability across distributed systems. You will partner closely with stakeholders to shape requirements and drive end-to-end implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of a Dynatrace dashboard aligned to business and operational KPIs
- Define the dashboard information architecture and KPI definitions with stakeholders
- Conduct interviews with clients and stakeholders to capture requirements and validate outcomes
- Integrate telemetry sources from web applications and microservices to improve monitoring coverage
- Troubleshoot issues impacting data accuracy, event tracking, and dashboard reliability in distributed environments
- Maintain and optimize Dynatrace configuration to match evolving KPI and observability needs
- Coordinate delivery across a small agile engineering team and partner groups
- Manage risks and blockers proactively to protect timelines and scope
- Translate analyst and product owner inputs into actionable monitoring requirements and outcomes
Requirements
- 7+ years of Site Reliability Engineering experience with observability focus
- 5+ years of Dynatrace platform experience delivering enterprise dashboards
- Senior leadership experience leading technical delivery and decision-making
- Strong stakeholder management skills for VP-level and cross-functional audiences
- Proven project execution skills in agile, early-stage product environments
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in distributed systems and microservices
- Strong analytical skills to validate telemetry accuracy and data quality
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing interviews and workshops
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
