Java Software Engineer
We are seeking a Java Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance applications across backend and frontend technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services using Java-based frameworks
- Build and maintain full stack applications leveraging modern frontend frameworks
- Integrate relational and non-relational databases into application architecture
- Implement messaging solutions to support asynchronous communication between services
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs for internal and external consumption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solutions
- Maintain code quality through version control best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full technology stack
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Mid-level Full Stack Developer
- Solid knowledge of Java
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Quarkus, and Apache Camel frameworks
- Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis)
- Experience with Node.js, ReactJS, NestJS, and AngularJS frameworks
- Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP API development
- Familiarity with code versioning (Git)
Nice to have
- Experience with Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of API Gateways and Kubernetes clusters
- Experience with SAP S/4 integrations or RFC Protocol
- Knowledge of DevOps and containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, among others)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, cloud-ready development, and event-driven requests
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
