We are seeking a Chief Business Analyst to drive clear, testable requirements and cross-functional alignment across the full delivery lifecycle. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders, track delivery metrics, and coordinate UAT to ensure successful releases.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business and functional requirements
- Define success criteria and acceptance criteria for initiatives
- Map current-state and future-state workflows and business processes
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams
- Coordinate alignment across business, product, and technical stakeholders
- Track delivery progress, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Plan and facilitate UAT, capture results, and obtain business sign-off
- Maintain requirements traceability through design, development, testing, and deployment
- Validate requirements with teams and resolve ambiguities throughout implementation
- Create user-facing documentation for new features, behaviors, and workflows
- Support post-deployment validation and confirm delivered outcomes
- Capture lessons learned and recommend process improvements
Requirements
- 7+ years of business analysis experience on software development projects
- Proven stakeholder management experience across business, product, and engineering groups
- Strong requirements lifecycle management skills including traceability and change control
- Solid data analysis skills to define KPIs, interpret metrics, and produce actionable insights
- Hands-on large language models (LLM) skills using tools such as ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot for documentation and analysis support
- Strong documentation skills for requirements, workflows, process flows, and user guides
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus in written deliverables
- Agile or hybrid delivery experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)

- Business analysis certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA
- Project management certification such as PMP or CSM
- Experience with complex enterprise software products
- Experience with system integration or modernization initiatives
- Experience in regulated environments with strict compliance requirements
