We’re creating OneState, a unique mobile Social RolePlay game built in Unity. Our art team is facing ambitious challenges as we develop the project with a realistic approach and high standards for visual quality and technical solutions.
We use modern technologies and tools, continuously refining our pipelines and aiming for the highest level of quality and immersion.
What we want to see:
- 5–7+ years of experience as a CGI Artist;
- Strong proficiency in Blender with a focus on realistic visuals;
- Experience managing the entire CGI production pipeline, from brief to final render;
- Experience working with Blender add-ons and plugins (e.g., Auto Rig Pro, Launch Control, etc.);
- Ability to create realistic CGI scenes;
- Experience with materials and texturing;
- Experience with body and facial animation;
- Experience working with character rigs;
- Experience with cameras and cinematic camera behavior;
- Experience with lighting setup.
Additionally, it would be great to have:
- Proficiency with Adobe tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Substance 3D);
- Understanding of editing and post-production workflows;
- Experience optimizing heavy scenes and rendering processes;
- Understanding of cinematography and camera work principles;
- Experience on realistic CGI and cinematic projects.
What you will be doing:
- Work on CGI videos throughout all stages of production;
- Create and manage 3D assets for environments, vehicles, and characters;
- Assemble scenes according to scripts and storyboards;
- Produce scene blocking;
- Work with cameras and create animatics;
- Integrate animations into scenes;
- Work with materials and textures;
- Set up scene lighting;
- Perform rendering tasks;
- Handle post-processing and final delivery of video content.
