As a Business Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across our commercial functions. Your focus will be on building a strong pipeline of candidates for sales, marketing, and partnership roles, ensuring we continue to scale with the right people.
Tasks:
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs for sales, marketing, and affiliate roles;
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation;
Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, etc;
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process;
Stay up-to-date with hiring trends in sales, marketing, and affiliate industries.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruiting for sales, marketing, and/or affiliate roles;
Proficiency in English (C1) and Russian (C1);
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively;
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools;
A proactive and results-driven mindset.
