Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst - PeopleSoft SCM

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst to partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, support solution design, and facilitate testing activities for PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement elaboration activities
• Develop functional specifications, business process flows, and user stories
• Collaborate with development teams to define and validate solutions
• Perform impact analysis and requirements traceability
• Create test scenarios and support SIT and UAT execution
• Manage defect triage and validate resolutions
• Support deployment planning, training, and change management activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5-10 years of general IT experience, including 3+ years as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM
• Background in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements, as well as facilitating requirements workshops and solution elaboration sessions
• Proficiency in creating functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
• Expertise in supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Hands-on experience supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 modules: Inventory Management, Order Management, Warehouse Operations, and Manufacturing
• Familiarity with supporting integrations between PeopleSoft and external applications
• Understanding of APIs, web services, middleware platforms, and data interfaces
• Knowledge of supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, and inventory management processes
• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
